Skender Hyka was born in Tirana on 6 September 1944. High school has done in the hometown of Tirana. Perform studies at the Institute of Physical Culture and Sports in 1968. From 1957 - 1970, played football with 17 Nëntori, from the youth team to the first team, being the main players of the club. From 1967-1974, he was a member of the team and national expectations in all activities conducted. In the years 1992 - 1995, has been Secretary of the Athletic Club Zanzibar. In 1997 has been Secretary General of the Albanian FA. From 1992 onwards, a member of the Executive Committee of the Albanian FA.[1]
